The information on this website is provided to describe RS BUILD’s capabilities, services and experience. Website content is general information only and is not professional advice, a construction instruction, a permit approval, a quotation or a binding offer.
Submitting a form, requesting a résumé, sending an email or otherwise contacting RS BUILD does not create a client relationship, professional engagement or contract. A project begins only when the applicable scope, fees, responsibilities and commercial terms have been agreed in writing.

Project-specific agreements
Project-specific agreements
Where RS BUILD is retained for a project, the signed proposal, statement of work, service agreement, purchase order or other written agreement will govern that engagement. If a project-specific agreement conflicts with these website Terms, the project-specific agreement will control for that project.
Project scope, deliverables, schedule, fees, revisions, payment terms and responsibilities will be defined for each engagement. Work outside an agreed scope may require additional authorization, time and fees.
Where RS BUILD is retained for a project, the signed proposal, statement of work, service agreement, purchase order or other written agreement will govern that engagement. If a project-specific agreement conflicts with these website Terms, the project-specific agreement will control for that project.

Clients are responsible for providing timely, complete and reasonably accurate project information required for the agreed scope. This may include drawings, surveys, consultant information, markups, existing-condition information, point clouds, specifications, site information and decisions.
RS BUILD may rely on information supplied by the client, consultants and other third parties unless verification is expressly included in the agreed scope. Delays, omissions, inaccuracies or changes in that information may affect schedule, cost or deliverables.
Clients are responsible for providing timely, complete and reasonably accurate project information required for the agreed scope. This may include drawings, surveys, consultant information, markups, existing-condition information, point clouds, specifications, site information and decisions.

BIM, drawings, permits and regulated services
BIM, drawings, permits and regulated services
RS BUILD provides BIM, drafting, documentation, coordination and technical project support as described in each engagement. Nothing on this website represents that RS BUILD is providing regulated architectural or engineering services unless that is expressly stated in a written agreement and such services are delivered through appropriately authorized professionals where required by law.
Permit and construction documentation can support an application or project process, but RS BUILD does not guarantee approval by a municipality, authority having jurisdiction, owner, consultant, lender or other third party. Final approvals, professional seals and regulatory submissions remain subject to applicable law, project requirements and the responsibilities defined in the written agreement.
RS BUILD provides BIM, drafting, documentation, coordination and technical project support as described in each engagement. Nothing on this website represents that RS BUILD is providing regulated architectural or engineering services unless that is expressly stated in a written agreement and such services are delivered through appropriately authorized professionals where required by law.

Deliverables are prepared for the scope, project, information and purpose identified in the applicable agreement. Clients are responsible for reviewing deliverables and promptly identifying errors, omissions or requested changes.
Revisions caused by scope changes, new information, third-party comments, authority comments or client-directed changes may require additional time and fees unless otherwise agreed. Draft or work-in-progress material should not be relied upon as final construction information unless it is clearly issued for that purpose.

Intellectual property and permitted use

Unless a written agreement states otherwise, RS BUILD retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, templates, methods, standards, workflows, know-how and reusable content. Project-specific deliverables may be licensed or transferred to the client only to the extent stated in the applicable agreement.
Website text, graphics, layouts and original RS BUILD content may not be copied, republished, sold or represented as another party’s work without permission. Third-party trademarks, software names and logos remain the property of their respective owners and are used only to identify tools, platforms or organizations where applicable.

RS BUILD will handle project information with reasonable care. However, the public website and ordinary email are not intended for highly sensitive, secret or security-critical information. Do not submit passwords, financial account information, government identification numbers, confidential credentials or other sensitive information through the website unless an appropriate secure method has been agreed.
Project-specific confidentiality obligations, including any NDA, will be governed by the applicable written agreement.
