WHAT I DO
I support builders, contractors and design teams with the technical work that keeps projects moving — from BIM and construction drawings to existing conditions, permits and preconstruction documentation.
SELECTED WORK
A selection of BIM, construction documentation and technical project work showing how information moves from existing conditions and design inputs into usable deliverables.

ABOUT RS BUILD
I’m Felipe Rodriguez, an AEC professional and architect by training with Canadian experience across BIM, construction documentation, permit drawings, existing conditions, point-cloud workflows and project coordination.
My role is often simple to explain: I take project information that is scattered across drawings, markups, consultant comments, site conditions and models, and turn it into organized, coordinated information that a project team can actually use.
MEET FELIPE
Architecture → BIM → Construction
“I started in architecture, but over time I realized that what interests me most is what happens between the drawings and the actual construction. That’s where I want to contribute — helping project teams coordinate information, solve technical issues early and move work forward with clearer documentation and better digital workflows.”
WHY I’M USEFUL TO A PROJECT TEAM
Technical Production
I can take ownership of drawings, Revit models, revisions, permit documentation and technical deliverables so project teams can keep moving.
Coordination
I’m comfortable working from markups, consultant information, existing conditions and changing project requirements to keep documentation aligned.
Construction Mindset
My background in Architecture and Construction Project Management helps me look beyond the model and understand how project information supports real construction decisions.
